Nuri: Two. Dr. Ortiz’s 10:00 keynote depends on LH 1166, which lands at 08:05, and the evening set depends on The Hollow Pines’ 17:30 van, which the driver hasn’t confirmed yet. Everyone else in today’s run of show is already in Lisbon.

Does Nurvia replace our registration or ticketing platform?
No. Keep registration and ticketing where they are. Nurvia covers the logistics around the people involved: arrivals, transport, rooms, vendors, and the run of show.
Can Nuri arrange airport transfers for guests?
Yes. Nuri groups arrivals by airport and time, drafts the shuttles, and requests them from your transport provider. New costs above your limits wait for approval, and a shuttle only shows as confirmed once the provider confirms it.
How do attendees hear about a schedule change?
Once, from the plan. When the run of show changes, attendees and crew get the update with their own times, and you can see who it was sent to.
Do guests and crew need paid accounts?
No. Guests, speakers, and crew join free as Members or Contributors; you pay only for the Managers who run the event. During beta, everything is unlocked at no charge.
