Flight cancelled. Pickup and hotel updated.
Nuri finds a new flight, moves the pickup, and tells the hotel. Paid changes wait for your OK.
Spot it, fix it, confirm it
- It starts with a reliable signal. Flight status, replies in a connected mailbox, and updates your team adds, each with its source.
- Fixed commitments stay fixed. A show time or call time isn’t moved for you. Nurvia works around it.
- Know what actually happened. A request sent isn’t a booking confirmed. Pending items and refunds stay visible.
Nurvia watches for changes to your plan.
Flights, inboxes, calendars, chats, rides, hotels, and the weather, checked around the clock. Nurvia also monitors licensed and partner flight and travel data feeds, so it catches a delay or gate change before you’d hear about it.
Ask Nuri
“Flight 214 was cancelled. What does it affect before the show?”
Nuri: Your pickup with Kathy, the 14:30 check-in at The Marlow, and soundcheck at 16:00 all depended on it. Flight 218 still gets you to the arena around 16:10 if soundcheck moves to 16:45. Exchanging both tickets costs £136, which needs Priya’s approval. I haven’t changed anything yet.
Be ready for the next cancellation.
Frequently asked questions
What does Nurvia watch for?
Flight status for flights in your plans, replies in a mailbox you connect, and updates added by you or your team, such as a revised call sheet or start time. Each item shows its source and when it was last checked.
Which disruptions can Nurvia help with?
Anything that moves a plan. Common ones are flight delays and cancellations, missed connections, hotel problems, transportation failures, schedule conflicts, venue changes, weather, late travelers, booking problems, and staffing changes. Each starts the same way: Nurvia shows what the change affects before anything else changes.
What can Autoflow do without asking?
Only what you’ve allowed for that plan, like adjusting your reminders or sending arrival updates to your driver. Spending money, cancelling bookings, and sharing sensitive information wait for you unless you’ve set a rule for them.
What if no option meets the deadline?
Nurvia says so. You see the closest options, what each one misses by, and who needs to know, such as the venue or your coordinator. Fixed commitments aren’t moved for you.
How are refunds and credits tracked?
A refund request shows as pending until the airline, hotel, or provider confirms it. Credits stay with the booking they came from, with their value and expiry.
Can I stop a response partway?
Yes. Stopping cancels steps that haven’t been sent or committed. Anything already confirmed, like an issued ticket or a sent message, is shown as it is, not reversed.
Is Nurvia an emergency service?
No. For urgent safety or medical situations, contact the relevant provider or emergency service directly.
