Legal
Terms of Service
The terms governing Nurvia, Nuri, Autoflow, accounts, subscriptions, and authorized actions.
1. Our agreement with you
These Terms govern access to Nurvia’s websites, applications, APIs, and related services, including Nuri, our AI assistant, and any available Autoflow automation features (collectively, the “Services”). “Nurvia,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Nurvia Inc.
2. Eligibility, accounts, and security
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement to create an independent account. You must have authority to represent any organization, traveler, payer, or other person for whom you ask us to act.
3. What the Services do
Nurvia helps coordinate plans, schedules, travel, documents, communication, and work across personal and team contexts.
4. Your inputs, outputs, and information
“Input” means information you or an authorized user submit or make available, including instructions, messages, files, connected-service information, and information intentionally provided through a permitted integration. “Output” means content generated for you by the Services.
5. AI processing and the no-training commitment
Nurvia will not use Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve the learned parameters of AI or machine-learning models, and will not authorize its service providers to do so. This restriction covers private messages, connected-service content, documents, prompts, outputs, and datasets derived from that content.
6. Connecting external services
Connections are optional. The authorization screen identifies the access requested. Where supported, you can choose individual accounts, workspaces, folders, calendars, or other scopes.
7. Actions and Autoflow: limited, revocable authority
An “Action” is an external communication, purchase, booking, cancellation, calendar change, file modification, phone call, or other operation performed for you.
8. Travel, reservations, purchases, and third parties
Airlines, hotels, venues, transportation operators, merchants, and other suppliers provide the underlying third-party products and services.
9. Teams, workspaces, and administrative access
Organizations control membership, roles, shared resources, and authorized business use within their workspaces. An administrator may access, export, retain, or delete workspace information within the permissions and policies disclosed to users.
10. Subscriptions, usage allowances, and renewal
A checkout or order form must show the plan, price, currency, billing interval, taxes or how they are calculated, included usage, any trial conversion date, renewal conditions, and cancellation method.
11. Messages, calls, and notifications
You control optional notification channels. Service-related messaging and any promotional messages have separate consent requirements as explained in the Messaging and AI Calling Terms. Providing a phone number is not blanket permission for marketing or unsolicited AI calls.
12. Acceptable use and high-risk restrictions
Use the Services lawfully and within your authorization. Do not use them for fraud, harassment, stalking, coercive monitoring, unlawful discrimination, identity theft, malware, credential theft, unauthorized account access, spam, or circumvention of safety and permission controls.
13. Nurvia intellectual property and feedback
We and our licensors retain ownership of the Services, software, design, brands, and underlying technology, excluding your Customer Content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
14. Beta features and service changes
Beta features may be incomplete, unreliable, or withdrawn. Participation is voluntary and the interface must identify the beta status. Beta labeling does not waive privacy, security, no-training, or mandatory legal obligations.
15. Suspension, termination, export, and deletion
You may stop using the Services and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, misuse, nonpayment, legal necessity, or a material security risk. Where reasonably practicable, we provide the reason and an opportunity to cure before termination.
16. Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and meet the express commitments in the applicable agreement.
17. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of expected profits, arising from this agreement.
18. Business indemnification
This section applies to organizational customers, not consumers using the Services primarily for personal or household purposes.
19. Governing law and disputes
Governing law. Delaware law governs this agreement, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection laws remain available. The Federal Arbitration Act governs any arbitration agreement to which it applies.
20. App marketplaces
For an app downloaded from Apple’s App Store, this agreement is between you and Nurvia, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support.
21. General terms and changes
These Terms and the documents expressly incorporated into your agreement form the agreement for the Services.
