Acceptable Use Policy
Requirements for lawful, authorized, and responsible use of the Services.
1. Authorized use
Use Nurvia lawfully and only with the authority required for the accounts, information, and actions involved. This policy applies to all Services, including Nuri, Autoflow, connected accounts, workspaces, and communication features.
2. Protect people and their information
Do not use the Services for stalking, harassment, exploitation, fraud, identity theft, unlawful discrimination, deceptive impersonation, or unauthorized monitoring. Do not disclose another person’s private travel, identity, health, location, or contact information without a lawful basis.
3. Respect action and communication controls
Do not bypass approvals, spending limits, recipient restrictions, account checks, or safety controls. Do not direct an assistant to forge confirmations, misrepresent a transaction, evade payment authorization, or conceal its role deceptively.
4. Protect the Services
Do not attempt unauthorized access, cross-workspace retrieval, credential extraction, disruption, destructive testing, or exploitation of another user’s information. Do not use browser or tool execution to attack third-party systems or send malicious instructions intended to compromise other users.
5. Enforcement and appeals
Nurvia may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including restricting a feature, requesting verification, suspending access, or terminating an account for serious or repeated misuse. Where appropriate, we provide an explanation and an opportunity to respond.
