Messaging and AI Calling Terms
Conditions for notifications, SMS, and messages or calls made on your behalf.
1. Scope
These terms apply to available Nurvia email, push notification, SMS, voice, and AI-assisted calling features. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Availability depends on your account, location, permissions, and the applicable service provider.
2. Notifications and consent
Service messages may include sign-in codes, account notices, reminders, itinerary changes, and booking updates. Requesting a sign-in code authorizes the requested authentication message, not unrelated marketing.
3. Nurvia SMS notifications
Message frequency varies with your activity and the notifications you enable. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on carrier and device availability. Nurvia messages are not an emergency communication service, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law.
4. Communications on your behalf
When you ask Nuri to send a message or place a call, your authorization must identify the task and intended recipient or permitted recipient category. Any relevant disclosure, spending, or contractual limits also apply.
5. AI disclosure, recording, and transcription
AI-assisted calls will identify the assistant’s role and provide disclosures required for the call and recipient’s jurisdiction. The assistant must not deceptively represent itself as a particular person, government official, or trusted institution.
6. Sensitive information and restricted use
Do not use calling or messaging features for unlawful automated outreach, spam, harassment, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, or circumvention of recipient opt-outs.
7. Charges, records, and support
Included messages, voice minutes, calling allowances, and additional charges are disclosed through your plan or the applicable transaction flow. Nurvia does not authorize undisclosed overages merely because you enable a communication feature.
