Frequently asked questions
What is Nurvia?
Nurvia is an AI logistics platform for coordinating plans, travel, teams, and operations. It brings travel, schedules, people, bookings, and documents into one workspace. Nuri, your AI logistics assistant, makes bookings, handles calls and online tasks, and resolves disruptions, while Autoflow™ keeps things moving within the limits you set.
Is Nurvia only for travel?
No. Travel is one part of logistics. Nurvia runs a birthday dinner, a wedding weekend, a show day, a shoot, a healthcare assignment, or a construction job, each with the details it needs, like a Run of Show for a gig or a call sheet for a shoot.
Who is Nurvia for?
Anyone whose days depend on details lining up. It’s built with artists, actors, models, healthcare professionals, and construction teams in mind, and works just as well for personal plans, families, executives, events, agencies, and sports teams.
What does Nurvia replace?
The travel agent, the logistics assistant, the scheduler, and the pile of tabs, inboxes, and group chats you use to keep track of a plan. Nuri handles the routine work those roles cover, and the decisions that matter stay with you.
Can I use bookings I made elsewhere?
Yes. Forward a confirmation, upload a PDF or screenshot, or connect your inbox, and Nurvia adds it to the right plan. Anything it isn’t sure about is flagged for a quick review.
Which apps does Nurvia connect to?
Email and calendars such as Gmail, Outlook, and Google Calendar, plus files, documents, and travel information. The Integrations page lists each connection, what Nuri can read or change, and its current availability.
Where can I use Nurvia?
On your phone and on the web. Live travel updates and Live Activities come to your phone on supported devices, and everything stays in sync with the people you share plans with.
What can Nuri do?
Nuri answers questions from your plans, books and rebooks flights and hotels, makes phone calls, emails hotels and vendors, checks you in, prepares visa paperwork, and runs tasks in the browser. It follows up until things are confirmed, and asks before spending money or sending anything new unless you’ve set a rule.
Can Nuri call a hotel or airline for me?
Yes. Nuri calls hotels, airlines, restaurants, drivers, venues, and other businesses, gets through phone menus, and waits on hold. It agrees only to what you’ve allowed, like a maximum fee, and writes the outcome back into your plan.
Can Nuri email and reply on my behalf?
Yes. Nuri drafts and sends emails, like a late-arrival note to a hotel or a pickup confirmation to a driver, and answers routine replies from the plan. You decide which messages it sends on its own and which it checks with you first.
What can Nuri do in the browser?
Nuri completes supported online steps for you: reservations, purchases, booking changes, forms, and permitted account tasks. Sign-ins and sensitive confirmations come back to you, and anything that costs money waits for your approval.
How does Nuri handle sign-ins and payments online?
When a site needs you to sign in or verify a payment, Nuri hands that step back to you. Purchases follow your approval rules, show the full price first, and the receipt is saved with the plan.
How is Nuri different from a regular AI chatbot?
A chatbot answers. Nuri does the work. It reads your actual plans, bookings, and contacts, then books, calls, and emails, and keeps a record of what was proposed, what was done, and what the other side confirmed.
What is Autoflow?
Autoflow is Nurvia’s automation. Turn it on for a plan, and when something changes, Nuri makes the routine updates you’ve allowed on its own and asks you before anything that costs money or needs a decision.
What can Autoflow do without asking?
Only what you’ve allowed for that plan, like adjusting your reminders or sending arrival updates to your driver. Spending money, cancelling bookings, and sharing sensitive information wait for you unless you’ve set a rule for them.
What happens when a flight is cancelled with Autoflow on?
Nuri finds flights that still work, checks what else the change touches, and handles the steps your rules allow, like asking the driver to move the pickup or letting the hotel know you’ll arrive late. Anything outside your rules, like a fare above your limit, waits for your approval, and each change is marked confirmed only after the provider confirms it.
Can I turn Autoflow off?
Anytime, per plan. New automatic work stops right away. Requests already sent may still complete, and nothing you booked is cancelled by turning Autoflow off.
Can Nuri book flights and hotels?
Yes. Nuri finds options that fit your plan’s travelers, dates, and arrival time, shows the full price and terms, and books once you approve. A booking is marked confirmed after the airline or hotel confirms it.
Can Nuri rebook a cancelled flight?
Yes. Nuri finds the options that still get you there on time, rebooks the one you approve or the one your rules allow, and updates the pickup, hotel, and everyone affected. For flights booked elsewhere, Nurvia shows whether the change goes through Nurvia or the original provider.
Can Nuri check me in?
Yes. Nuri checks you in online for supported flights as soon as check-in opens, and for hotels that offer online check-in. Your boarding pass lands in your plan and on your phone.
Can Nuri handle visas and immigration forms?
Nuri prepares the paperwork: visa applications, travel authorizations like ESTA or ETA, and arrival forms, from your passport and trip details. You review and submit them, and the issuing authority always makes the decision.
Does Nurvia charge booking fees?
Nurvia does not add booking or rebooking fees. You pay for your Nurvia plan and any travel or services you purchase. Provider charges are shown before approval.
Can Nuri find a hotel for tonight?
Yes. Tell Nuri where you need to be, who needs a room, and when you’ll arrive. It shows the right night, the full cost, and the late-arrival rules, books once you approve, and lets the property know if you’re arriving late.
Does Nurvia handle trains, ferries, and rental cars?
Yes. Pickups, drivers, rental cars, trains, and ferries sit in the same plan as your flights and stays. When an arrival changes, Nuri can ask the driver to move the pickup and confirm the new time.
Will I hear about delays and gate changes?
Yes. Nurvia sends live flight alerts for delays, cancellations, gate and terminal changes, boarding, and connections, and shows what each change affects in the rest of your day.
Can I book a private jet?
Private jet charter is arriving in 2027. Until then, Nuri books and rebooks commercial flights and hotels.
What else is arriving in 2027?
Airport lounges and passes, Fast Track security at participating airports, airport dining offers, spa and wellness experiences, airport transfers with pickup details kept in your plan, and international eSIMs with data, plus calls and texts on supported plans.
Who can see a shared plan?
People you invite see what’s relevant to their role: a crew member sees their flight, room, and call time, not the whole budget. Your personal plans and unrelated travel never appear in a shared view.
What’s the difference between Members, Contributors, and Managers?
Members see their assigned logistics and get updates. Contributors can also add their own flights, rooms, documents, and availability. Managers create and change shared plans, assign travel, and run Team Nuri.
Does everyone on my team need to pay?
No. Members and Contributors are free and unlimited, so you pay only for the Managers who run the shared logistics. During beta, every team feature is unlocked at no charge.
How do I get access?
Request access and we’ll email you when your invitation is ready. Everything is unlocked during beta, and no credit card is required.
How much does Nurvia cost?
Nothing during beta: every personal and team feature is unlocked. Planned pricing after beta is Free, Plus at $10 a month, Pro at $50, and Executive at $100, with Team and Operations plans for groups, and it may change before general availability.
Will I be charged automatically when beta ends?
No. You’ll choose a plan before paid subscriptions begin, and nothing is charged unless you explicitly subscribe. Your data stays either way.
Will Nuri spend money or change things without asking?
Only within rules you set. By default, Nuri asks before paying, sending, or signing anything on your behalf or changing a booking, and shows you the price and details first. You can allow narrow rules, like “send arrival updates to my driver for this trip.”
If I approve something, is it done?
Not until it’s confirmed. Nurvia shows each step separately, from approved and sent to confirmed by the airline, hotel, or business, so a request never looks like a booking.
What can Nuri access?
Only the accounts you connect, for the plans you choose. Each connection shows what Nuri can read and do, and you can disconnect anytime. Reading a mailbox to find confirmations is separate from permission to send email or pay.
Is Nurvia secure?
You choose what Nuri can access, every action is logged, and sign-ins come back to you. Anything that costs money or changes a booking waits for your approval unless you’ve set a rule. The Trust Center explains how data is protected.
Is Nurvia SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and GDPR work is in progress, and Nurvia won’t claim a certification before it’s complete. The Trust Center shows the current status.
Is Nurvia an emergency service?
No. For urgent safety or medical situations, contact the relevant provider or emergency service directly.
