Frequently asked questions

What can I connect?

Anything your plans live in. Connect accounts directly, forward or upload any confirmation, ticket, or receipt, or let Nuri work through a website where you sign in. Open an app in the directory to see what it reads and what needs your permission.

What can Nuri do with a connected account?

Only what you allow. Gmail and Google Calendar connect with read access, so Nuri can find details and add them to your plans. Drafting, sending, creating events, paying, and changing bookings are separate permissions, and anything that sends, spends, or changes a booking asks you first.

Is a website task the same as an integration?

No. A native connection uses the provider’s own sign-in and permissions. A website task means Nuri works through the site the way you would, with sign-in and sensitive confirmations handed back to you. Neither one is a partnership with that provider.

What happens when I disconnect something?

New tasks through that connection stop, and credential revocation and deletion begin. Details already added to a plan stay until you remove them, and each one still shows where it came from.

What if a tool I use isn’t listed?

Forward a confirmation, upload a file, or add the detail yourself, and it still lands in the right plan. Then tell us what you use, so we know what to connect next.
