Clear permissions. Visible actions. You stay in control.
Choose what Nurvia can access and what Nuri can do. Anything that costs money waits for you.
Three boundaries that matter
- Connection permissions. See what each connection permits, and remove it anytime.
- Shared information. Sharing a plan shares that plan, not your personal life. Roles decide the rest.
- Actions and records. Anything that costs money waits for approval. Each task shows where it stands.
Ask Nuri
“Can Nuri book something just because it read my confirmation?”
Nuri: No. Reading a confirmation helps me organize your plan. Paying for or changing a booking needs your approval, and I show you the price and terms first.
Frequently asked questions
What can Nuri access?
Only the accounts you connect, for the plans you choose. Each connection shows what Nuri can read and do, and you can disconnect anytime. Reading a mailbox to find confirmations is separate from permission to send email or pay.
Will Nuri spend money or change things without asking?
Only within rules you set. By default, Nuri asks before paying, sending, or signing anything on your behalf or changing a booking, and shows you the price and details first. You can allow narrow rules, like “send arrival updates to my driver for this trip.”
If I approve something, is it done?
Not until it’s confirmed. Nurvia shows each step separately, from approved and sent to confirmed by the airline, hotel, or business, so a request never looks like a booking.
Does Nurvia have a SOC 2 report?
Not yet. Nurvia is preparing for a SOC 2 Type II examination and working toward ISO/IEC 27001 certification, and its GDPR and UK GDPR privacy program is being implemented. These assessments are in progress, and Nurvia doesn’t claim a certification until it’s complete.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Your conversations, connected-account content, documents, prompts, and outputs aren’t used to train or fine-tune AI models, and service providers processing that content for Nurvia are held to the same restriction.
What happens when I disconnect an account?
New tasks through that connection stop, and credential revocation and deletion begin. You can separately delete records already imported. Disconnecting doesn’t reverse a completed reservation or recall a delivered message.
How do I delete my information?
Use account controls or email privacy@nurvia.app. After a verified request, covered content is removed from active systems within 30 days, and backup copies expire within 90 days.
How do I report a security issue?
Follow the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, or email support@nurvia.app for urgent account or security reports.
