Nurvia

Product

Keep everyone working from the same plan.

Invite the people involved, give each a role, and approve spending right in the plan.

Roles, requests, and one history

  • Roles that match the work. Managers coordinate and approve. Members see what’s shared with them.
  • Requests with an owner. Every task shows who asked, who approves, and where it stands.
  • One history of what changed. What changed, who changed it, and who’s been told.

Team spending, next to the plan.

Who can book, who approves, and which budget it comes out of.

  • Approval rules by role and amount
  • Budgets per plan
  • Receipts kept with the trip

Ask Nuri

“Update the pickup to 17:50 and let the travelers know.”

Nuri: Marco confirmed 17:50. Sam sees it in his plan, and I posted the update to the show chat.

Frequently asked questions

Who can see a shared plan?

People you invite see what’s relevant to their role: a crew member sees their flight, room, and call time, not the whole budget. Your personal plans and unrelated travel never appear in a shared view.

What’s the difference between Members, Contributors, and Managers?

Members see their assigned logistics and get updates. Contributors can also add their own flights, rooms, documents, and availability. Managers create and change shared plans, assign travel, and run Team Nuri.

Will my team see my personal plans?

No. Sharing a plan shares that plan. Your personal plans, connected accounts, and unrelated travel stay in your own context.

Who approves spending for the team?

Whoever the workspace says. Managers set approval rules by amount and type of purchase, and nothing is charged until someone with approval says yes or a specific rule covers it.

Can people outside the team take part?

Yes. Invite a driver, venue, or client as a guest on a specific plan. Guests see only what you share with them, like a pickup or a run of show.

Can I be in more than one workspace?

Yes. One account can take part in several workspaces and keep a personal context. Each workspace sees only what’s shared in it, and Nuri answers from the one you’re in.

How do we avoid two people chasing the same thing?

Every Nuri task shows who asked, who approves, and where it stands. Changes land in one history with who made them and who’s been told.
