Nurvia

Product

Dates, people, bookings. One shared plan.

Add a dinner, a wedding, or an offsite. When a time moves, everyone in the plan is told.

From a few details to a working plan

  • Start from what you have. Describe it, forward a confirmation, or upload a file. Unclear details are flagged, not guessed.
  • Assign the work. Give tasks an owner and a due date, Nuri included. Everyone sees what’s theirs.
  • Keep everyone current. When a time moves, the plan shows who it affects and tells them.

Ask Nuri

“Put our flights, the hotel, and the ceremony time into one wedding weekend plan.”

Nuri: Created “Maya & Theo’s wedding.” Two flights, the Vineyard Inn, the 16:00 ceremony, and the shuttle are in one place. One check: the inn’s confirmation lists 2 rooms, and your note says 3.

Frequently asked questions

What can I use a Plan for?

Anything you’re organizing: a dinner, a wedding, a move, a renovation, a shoot, an assignment, a team trip, or something that doesn’t fit a category. Nurvia builds the workspace around the people, details, and coordination your plan needs.

Does it have to involve travel?

No. Many plans never leave town. Travel is there when a plan needs it, alongside guests, deliveries, schedules, documents, and tasks.

Do I have to choose a template?

No. Describe what you’re planning, or start with an invitation, document, or booking. Nurvia suggests the starting views, and you can add, change, or hide any of them.

Can I change what Nurvia adds?

Yes. Keep the views you need, adjust their fields, create your own, and hide what you don’t use. A hidden view leaves your navigation, and its information stays in the plan.

What happens when the plan needs something new?

Ask for it, or take a suggestion. If guests need rides from the hotel, Nurvia can add a Transport view inside the same plan. A suggested view is only added when you choose Add view.

Can different people see different information?

Yes. Everyone works from one shared plan, and each person sees what’s relevant to them: guests see their invitation and schedule, crew see their call times, and private details stay with the organizers.

Does creating a plan automatically contact people or make bookings?

No. Creating a plan doesn’t send anything or book anything. Invitations, reminders, and bookings go out when you approve them, or within Autoflow™ rules you set. A drafted update isn’t sent until you send it, and a requested booking isn’t confirmed until the provider confirms it.

How do I start a plan?

Describe it in a sentence, forward a confirmation, or add a few details yourself. Nurvia pulls out the dates, people, and places, and shows where each detail came from.

What if Nurvia gets a detail wrong?

Unclear details are flagged for review, and you can edit anything. Your correction is what the plan uses from then on.

Can a plan hold a budget?

Yes. A plan can keep a budget, projected costs, expenses, receipts, and reimbursement requests next to the bookings they belong to. Personal plans don’t need any of it.

Can a plan keep itself up to date?

With Autoflow™, yes. Turn it on for a plan and Nuri carries out the updates and follow-ups you’ve allowed, like telling attendees about a time change. Anything that costs money or goes to someone new waits for approval unless you’ve set a rule.
