Plain-language highlights

  • Your content isn’t used to train AI models. “Nurvia will not use Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve the learned parameters of AI or machine-learning models, and will not authorize its service providers to do so.”
  • Actions need your authority. “You appoint Nurvia as a limited agent solely to perform Actions that you expressly request or that fall within a clear, current automation authorization you have enabled.”
  • Paid and sensitive actions need approval. “Unless covered by a specific and sufficiently detailed standing authorization that the Services support, you must approve purchases, paid bookings, paid changes, cancellations with penalties, commitments to new recurring charges, and external disclosure of sensitive identity information.”
  • You can export your information. “We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your available information before a non-emergency service termination, subject to legal restrictions and security considerations.”
  • Deletion runs on a defined schedule. “Unless a shorter period is required by law or your agreement, covered content is deleted from active systems within 30 days of a verified deletion instruction. Restricted backup copies expire within 90 days of that same instruction.”
  • Your personal information isn’t sold. “We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.”
