Frequently asked questions
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Our commitment covers private conversations, documents, connected-account content, prompts, outputs, and content-derived datasets. It also applies to service providers processing that content for Nurvia.
What information does Nuri process?
Information relevant to the request or feature you authorize. This may include your message, selected records, saved preferences, or connected-account content. The exact information depends on the task.
Who can access my information?
Access is limited to authorized service processing, the recipients you choose, and restricted support, security, or legal purposes. Organization administrators manage information within the scope of their workspace permissions.
What happens when I disconnect an account?
New tasks through that connection stop and credential revocation and deletion begin. You can separately delete previously imported records. Disconnection does not reverse a completed reservation or recall a delivered message.
How do I request deletion?
Use available account controls or contact privacy@nurvia.app. We verify the request and apply the relevant deletion schedule. Organization-controlled records follow the applicable controller’s instructions.
Can I review detailed security information?
Yes. Contact legal@nurvia.app for a security review or privacy@nurvia.app for processing and Subprocessor information. Supporting materials are provided according to their availability and applicable confidentiality requirements.
