Frequently asked questions
Will Nuri spend money without asking?
Not unless you allow it. By default, anything that costs money waits for your approval, with the full price shown. If you allow spending, it stays within the limits you set, and anything above them asks again.
If I approve something, is it done?
Not until it’s confirmed. Nurvia shows each step separately, from approved and sent to confirmed by the airline, hotel, or business, so a request never looks like a booking.
What happens when an action fails?
Nuri stops and tells you what happened, in plain words: the fare changed, nobody answered, the provider declined. Nothing is charged for an action that didn’t complete, and a different amount always needs a new approval.
Can I set rules for just one plan?
Yes. Give a plan its own rules, like letting Nuri send arrival updates to the pickup contact, and choose when they end. Rules for a plan end when the plan does, unless you set an earlier date.
Can I undo an action?
Until a request is sent, yes. After it’s sent, Nuri can ask the provider to cancel, but the provider decides. After it’s confirmed, undoing is a new action, like a change or refund request, and you see the cost before approving it.
Will I see the cost before I approve?
Yes. Provider charges, like a fare difference, a change fee, or a hotel rate, are shown in full before you approve them, and the activity log records what was actually charged.
