What is an automation?

Is an automation the same as Autoflow™?
No. An automation is one defined job with its own trigger. Autoflow™ makes the routine, free updates across a plan when something changes, like moving the pickup when a flight lands late, within your rules.
Will an automation send messages without asking?
Only the ones you’ve allowed for that automation, to the people you’ve named. Anything new, anything that costs money, or anything outside its rules waits for you.
What happens when I pause or stop one?
Future runs stop. Anything already sent stays sent, and the run history shows what went out and when.
Is Nurvia an emergency service?
No. For urgent safety or medical situations, contact the relevant provider or emergency service directly.
