What if they ask for more than I allowed?

Nuri stops and checks with you. It only agrees to what is within the purpose and limits you set, and anything with a new cost needs your approval.

How do I know what was agreed?

The result says who answered, what they said, and whether anything was confirmed. A request stays marked as requested or awaiting reply until the business confirms it.

What does Nuri share?

What the request needs: who it’s contacting for, the booking reference, and the request itself. It doesn’t share other details from your plans unless you tell it to.

Do I get a transcript?

Every call and message gets a summary in the plan. Full transcripts are attached where they are available for that channel.
