Nuri: Two things: Hotel Kamo quoted ¥8,000 for Saturday’s late checkout, which needs your approval, and Thursday’s kimono fitting is requested but not confirmed yet. Everything else this week is confirmed.

Frequently asked questions

Can one client see another client’s plans?

No. Each client’s workspace has its own people, bookings, documents, and permissions. Only the advisors you assign work across clients.

Can Nuri book on a vendor’s website?

Yes. When a vendor has no direct connection, Nuri can use its website to make or change a booking, within the permissions you set. The booking counts as confirmed when the vendor confirms it.

Who approves extra costs?

You decide, per client. Small extras can go ahead within a limit; anything above it waits for the advisor or the client to approve.

Do our clients need paid accounts?

No. Clients and travelers join free as Members or Contributors; you pay only for the Managers who coordinate. During beta, everything is unlocked at no charge.
