Frequently asked questions
Is the price shown the full cost of the stay?
The review shows the total for every night and room, taxes and fees, what’s due now, and anything payable at the property. A nightly rate on its own is never presented as the total.
Does a room request mean I’ll get it?
No. Requests like a quiet room or early check-in are passed to the property and marked as requested. They show as confirmed when the property says so.
Can Nuri extend the same room?
Nuri can ask for an extension or an amendment. The property decides whether you keep the same room or rate, and the review says so before you approve.
Is late arrival confirmed automatically?
No. A late-arrival request and a confirmed late arrival are shown separately. Nuri can call or message the property and records who confirmed it.
Can Nuri get me a late checkout?
Nuri can call or email the hotel within the limit you set, like a maximum fee, and records who confirmed it. Until the hotel agrees, it shows as requested.
