Announcing our waitlist

Nurvia is opening a waitlist for early access. Here’s what early access includes, what it costs (nothing), and how to join.

Today we’re opening a waitlist for early access to Nurvia. We’ve been building with a small group of people who coordinate a lot: tour managers, healthcare coordinators, producers, and a few families with more moving parts than they’d like. Now we’re ready to bring in more of you.

What early access includes

Early access is the whole product as it stands today, not a cut-down version.

Every beta feature is included for you and your team. There is no credit card to add, and you are never charged automatically. When beta ends, you choose a plan before any paid subscription begins, and your data stays either way.

  • Nuri, your AI logistics assistant: ask for what you need, and Nuri books, calls, emails, and follows up, with your approval before anything costs money or changes a booking.
  • Autoflow™: routine updates made on their own, within the rules and limits you set.
  • Plans: the people, times, bookings, and documents for a show, a shoot, an assignment, a job, or a weekend, in one place, so you can see what a change affects.
  • Travel: book and rebook flights and stays, or bring in the ones you already have. No booking fees.
  • Nuri and Autoflow™: Included
  • Plans and travel: Included
  • Team features: Included · Members free
  • Credit card: Not required

What to expect

Nurvia is in beta. Some things will be rough, and we’ll say so rather than hide it. In return, you get a direct line to the team and a real say in what we build next. Invitations go out in small batches so we can look after everyone properly.

How to join

Request access with your email, for yourself or for your team. We’ll email you when your invitation is ready, and we won’t use the address for anything else.
