Founders

  • Ishraq Khan, Co-founder & CEO: Ishraq began building Kodezi in 2018, developing AI developer tools and scaling the platform to more than five million users. His work spans AI research, developer infrastructure, and autonomous software maintenance, including co-authoring the Kodezi Chronos research paper. At Nurvia, he applies that experience to real-world logistics, building AI that understands how people, schedules, travel, and plans depend on each other and coordinates what happens when things change.
  • Makayla Munch, Co-founder & COO: Makayla helped grow healthcare staffing operations across more than 130 facilities, coordinating clinicians, facility teams, recruiters, and travel and housing partners. Her background spans nationwide account management, business development, and the daily logistics of getting people where they need to be. At Nurvia, she leads operations, bringing firsthand experience in keeping people, schedules, and accommodations aligned when timing matters and plans change.
  • Ben Anderson, Co-founder & Head of Artist Relations: Ben is an international touring artist, producer, and founder of Planet X, a record label and event series. His career spans performances at Coachella, EDC Las Vegas, Club Space, and DC10, with releases on labels including Diynamic, Crosstown Rebels, and Solid Grooves. At Nurvia, he leads artist relations and brings firsthand touring experience to the product, helping shape how it coordinates travel, performances, and the teams behind them.

He manages internationally recognized artists including Ben Anderson, Beltran, and ChaseWest, with experience across artist management, international booking, and label operations. At Nurvia, he advises on touring operations and industry partnerships, bringing insight into the coordination behind artists’ careers and international schedules.
